Pre-Onboarding
Before we initialize your instance, our team requires basic administrative details for our setup.
Administrator Contacts
Provide at least two (2) verified organizational email addresses for platform management and security updates.
Account Activation
Check Your Inbox
You will receive an invitation from VCO Solutions. Keep an eye out for:
Subject: Welcome to VCO Solutions – Your Account is Ready!
Password Configuration
Secure your account by creating a password that meets our complexity requirements (minimum 12 characters, including symbols).
MFA Enrollment
Finalize your security setup by linking a phone number for multi-factor authentication (MFA). Required for all administrative roles.
